東京科学大学・医療イノベーション機構のお問い合わせフォームを悪用した不審なメッセージに関する注意喚起
平素より本学・医療イノベーション機構の活動にご理解、ご協力をいただきありがとうございます。
このたび、本学・医療イノベーション機構 MD³Hub グローバル医療機器開発拠点Webサイトのお問い合わせフォーム（https://isct-meddev.jp/#concierge）が第三者により悪用され、不審なWebサイトへのリンクを含むメッセージが送信されたことを確認いたしました。
概要
2026年10月12日（日）から10月13日（月）にかけて、本学・医療イノベーション機構のお問い合わせフォームを経由して送信されたメッセージの一部に、不審なサイトへ誘導するリンクが含まれていました。
当該メッセージは、本学・医療イノベーション機構が送信したものではなく、第三者による不正な投稿によるものです。
調査の結果、本事象に起因する個人情報の漏えいその他の情報流出は発生していないことを確認しております。
受信された方へのお願い
該当期間中に本学・医療イノベーション機構からのお問い合わせ通知メール等を受信された方は、メール本文中に記載されたリンクをクリックしないようお願いいたします。
不審なメッセージを受信した場合は、リンクをクリックせず、当該メールを削除してください。

Notice Regarding Suspicious Messages Sent Through the Inquiry Form of the Institute of Science Tokyo, Center for Medical Innovation
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation with the activities of the Institute.
We have recently confirmed that the inquiry form on the website of the Institute of Science Tokyo, Center for Medical Innovation (https://isct-meddev.jp/#concierge) was abused by a third party, resulting in the distribution of messages containing links to suspicious websites.
Overview
Between October 12 and October 13, 2026, some messages submitted through the inquiry form of the Institute of Science Tokyo, Center for Medical Innovation contained links directing recipients to suspicious websites.
These messages were not sent by the Institute of Science Tokyo or the Center for Medical Innovation, but were the result of unauthorized submissions made by a third party.
Following our investigation, we have confirmed that no personal information was compromised and that no unauthorized disclosure of information occurred as a result of this incident.
Request to Recipients
If you received an inquiry notification email or any other email from the Institute of Science Tokyo, Center for Medical Innovation during the period indicated above, please do not click any links contained in the message.
If you receive a suspicious message, please refrain from clicking any links and delete the email immediately.

In response to this incident, the Institute of Science Tokyo, Center for Medical Innovation has taken the following measures:
Investigation of this incident
Implementation of measures to prevent unauthorized use and recurrence of abuse of the inquiry form
Enhancement of website and server security measures
